What is trakki?
trakki is an app for route planning in field sales. It lays out the week by when your customers are due, works out every day with drive times, opening hours and a break, and records when you were where. There is no account, and your customer list stays on your device.
What does trakki cost?
€9.99 a month or €99 a year, incl. VAT. Your first month is free. You can buy it from launch on the App Store and Google Play.
Where is my customer data kept?
On your device. There is no trakki server for it. If you sync via Google Drive or OneDrive, a file with your data is also stored there. It is encrypted with your sync password; the provider cannot read it, and neither can we. Keep the password somewhere safe: without it and without a device running trakki, nobody can open the file. For address search and drive times, addresses and coordinates go to Stadia Maps, never your notes. If you type in a customer's name field, the name also goes to Stadia Maps, so trakki can suggest the business.
Do I need an account?
No. You install the app and get going.
Can I bring in my customer list from Excel?
Yes, as an Excel file (.xlsx). trakki puts the addresses on the map. Addresses it can only place roughly, or only at the centre of the town, are flagged, and a checklist comes before planning.
Does trakki use real driving times?
With road times, yes. If trakki cannot get a road time just then, for instance without a connection, it says “straight-line estimate”. trakki does not know about rush-hour jams; the drive times are normal-traffic times. Your sat nav knows the next drive, trakki the whole day.
Does trakki work without internet?
Partly. Whatever is already on your device works without a connection too: customers, visits, the week and the customer file. The map, address search (new customers, Excel import) and real drive times need internet; without a connection trakki only calculates with straight-line distances and adds “straight-line estimate”.
Can I leave trakki again?
Any time, and you take everything with you. You back up your data as a file and export your visits as Excel.
Who is trakki for?
For anyone who spends a lot of time in the car and sees the same customers regularly, such as pharma reps, manufacturers’ reps or service technicians. trakki is not meant for parcel routes and does not replace a CRM.
Is trakki available for iPhone, Android and Windows?
Yes, at launch: iPhone and iPad on the App Store, Android on Google Play and Windows in the Microsoft Store. There are also apps for Apple Watch and Wear OS watches.
When will trakki be in the stores?
Still in 2026, planned for November, in Austria first. Sign up above and you will get an email as soon as trakki is on the App Store and Google Play.
